unlike the fox van, which got BIG boos.
ok buddy, i know, i know. john kerry and george bush went to the same school and they were in the same "secret" academic society. the whole system is broken. sure, i agree with you. so what do you propose then? should all of the protestors NOT vote? i guess that makes you a republican then, dickhole.
the only good reason i can think of for cops on scooters is to chase down running people and club them over the head. i mean seriously, what the hell are these things for?
there have been so many news vans with their periscope satelite dishes around everywhere lately. i'm surprised they aren't just reporting on each other by now.
how about a state of outrage?
right now i am listenning to governor pataki berate john kerry at the r.n.c. by way of introducing bush. since when does he think that he can speak for all new yorkers? i work in the building that houses his new york city offices, and when they got an anthrax scare back in those days (remember them? the government doesn't seem to!) his people evacuated without telling any of the other tennants or the building management that they had just gotten an envelope with white powder in it. they just left. people in the building only found out because their relatives and friends saw reports on the news and called. is that leadership? is that adequate behavior for a person who presumes the authority to speak for you? i'm a new yorker, and i say it's not. by the way, in case you don't know, his record in office is abysmal too.
the convention to attend a protest, bringing their state placards with them.
is not just a backdrop on fox news
empty combat boots to represent the dead
the names and sometimes the stories of the american and iraqi dead
veterans against the war employ familiar imagery to list the americans who've died in our newest misguided war (so far)
