have you ever had 300 drunken assholes clamber up to your roof to drink, litter, throw bottles, write graffiti, puke, piss, break furniture, and watch (and illegally shoot) fireworks? well, we rent payers may now actually lose the use of that roof, thanks to all of these horrible people and whatever dickheads invited them in the first place.
